How to Buy

You can click the ADD TO CART button which directs you to a secure page to checkout and proceed with your payment via PayPal or through your credit/debit card. You can return to our website if you decide to cancel your purchase.

YOU WANT TO PAY THROUGH OTHER MEANS

In case you don’t have or don’t want to use PayPal/credit/debit card, we also accept payments through bank transfers (BDO, BPI) and money remittance (ML, Cebuana, Western Union). There's an option beside the ADD TO CART button -- the Contact Us for other payment options. You can click it to go to our contact form where you can fill in your details and concerns. You can also text us at 09423568912. Once we received the contact form, we will reserve the item for you and text/email you on how to make your payment. You have two days to make the payment. We will cancel your order if payment has not been made after two days.

DISCOUNTS

We can give discounts, including free shipping, for some products. Just text/email us for any concern or inquiry.

SHIPPING

We will send your orders through Xend, LBC, JRS, or 2Go.

We offer free shipping for selected items and set the shipping fee rate at Php 140.00 for other items. We want to give you the best shipping fee deals, like paying for just one shipping fee if you order two or more items. However, we have yet to configure this on PayPal. If you want to buy two or more items, please contact us through text/email/our contact form.

MEET-UPS

Sorry, we do not do meet-ups.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Since returning the item will be cumbersome and costly, it’s best to check the item’s specifications and decide if it’s the one for you. We will provide accurate descriptions of each item, including any defect if there’s any. We will accept returns with shipping fee on us for inaccurate measurements, wrong color, wrong products, and undisclosed defect. If you're really unhappy with the product, you can return it to us within 10 days from time of purchase in the same condition you received it (unused, unwashed, undamaged, with intact tags for some items). You will have to pay for the return shipping fee, though. 

EXPECTED DAY OF DELIVERY

Once we received your payment, we will send out your order on that day or the following day. It usually takes one to three business days for your package to arrive. Once we sent your package, we will text/email you your waybill/tracking number.
